We really enjoyed our stay in a nicely decorated room with two comfortable beds. the location was fantastic, right next to the MEAT restaurant, and we loved how the mini trains passed by. Plus, it was just a short walk to Samana beach. 🌴.

Had a real good stay in February, everything was fantastic. The breakfast was particularly good and well presented with again repetitious and lobster and omelet station.

I appreciated the hotel, it was perfect and fairly clean with magnificent location to the beach which we took regularly last year. I was here for 4 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant around the around food. The pool was very clean and I had mixed drinks in the espresso bar.

The breakfast was enjoyable, although it felt a bit repetitive with similar options every day, including an omelet station. 🍳.

The firm's staff is very slow on orders. And sometimes they even get upset when you repeat the order.

Our room was perfect and spacious kept very clean. The breakfast was good with lobster, omelet station and we spent evenings in the main bar on-site. The staff were both impeccable and energetic.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally nice and accommodating, and the place is neat and airy with spacious bathrooms.

The entertainment I did not like lacks more activity and music ..

The only thing I didn't like was that the poor little animals (monkeys, macaws, lizards) use them for photos....

Except for the little animals. Nothing to put on that I didn't like..

Excellent service, all the staff treated us in an incredible way. service of animation, waiters, drivers and those of the bar of the swimming pool and lobby, always with a friendly greeting interested in knowing how we were passing it and giving a super attentive service. delicious food!

We announced we were going on our honeymoon, room wasn't decorated. then the team of restaurant reservations a la carte prepared us a nice detail in the Olivo (cake for the house and bottle of champagne!

The rooms had air conditioning and a jacuzzi tub, plus a balcony with a nice garden view. 🌿 the breakfast was really good too! Overall, everything was great. I'd definitely stay here again next time.
